These rings are absolutely gorgeous, I needed one that would match my engagement ring and these were just perfect. My husbands was a bit too big and the exchange process was super easy. However, when I returned the ring via UPS it was stolen (so UPS says) off of their drivers truck (I call bullshit), UPS did nothing to help me except tell me to file a claim and then someone got my information from UPS and they tried to scam me. Unbelievable, UPS needs to do better, be careful if you need to return anything, package it very securely and my only recommendation for Jeulia would be to take their name out of the return address so UPS thieves don't know there is jewelry inside the package. The folks at Jeulia stayed in constant contact with me and worked with me through the whole mix-up, they were wonderful and the customer service is top notch. Thank you guys so much, I definitely recommend!
